The accommodation
The property consists of a detached villa with a charming natural terrace overlooking the Umbrian Valley.
It consists on the ground floor of a kitchen with a spacious dining and living room and which can be accessed directly from the outside, two bedrooms for 5 guests complete with clothes hangers, chest of drawers, shelves for clothes, 1 bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

Guests have the freedom to access all areas of the house; outside there is a garden where there is a brick barbecue that, in the summer season is furnished with table chairs and umbrella.
