Freshly renovated with stylish country farmhouse vibe, this stunning property can accommodate 25-30 guests very comfortably. Accommodation can be separated to cater for both small and large groups. Perfect for Big Family Get Aways, Retreats, Writing & Creative Escapes, and a base to explore the beaches and hinterland.

Bedroom 1: 2 X Double beds+ 1 X single bunk. Capacity is 1-6

Bedroom 2: 1 X QB. Possibility to add single foldout or porta cot. Capacity 1- 3

Bedroom 3: 1 X QB. Possibility to add single foldout or porta cot. Capacity 1-3

Bedroom 4: with ensuite, 1 X Triple bunk (Double below, single above)+ 1x single. Capacity: 1-4

Bedroom 5: 1 X QB + 1 X wooden cot. Capacity: 1-3

Bedroom 6: 1 X QB. Possibility to add single foldout or porta cot. Capacity 1-3

Bedroom 7: 1 X single with Trundle. Capacity 1-2

Bedroom 8: XL Downstairs Bunk room 2 X single bunks, 1 x Queen Bed Capacity 1-6.

Chapel: 1 x QB+ one triple bunk (Double below, single above). Possibility to add 1 X single foldout bed or porta cot as needed. Capacity is 1- 6
*Please note the Chapel is a stand-alone building which is across the driveway, although it has no bathroom, it does have a wood burning fire & a small seating area.

Porta cots to be supplied by the guest.

BYO tents for camping to accommodate extra guests is an option but this must be discussed and approved prior to confirmed booking and will be subject to an additional cost.
