This space can be closed off from the rest of the apartment, creating a private sanctuary—perfect for guests who need a quiet night’s sleep or extra separation. The stylish sleeper sofa easily converts into a comfortable queen bed. The 50 inch flat screen TV is mounted for easy viewing. There is an additional couch and a dining section with seating up to 6. This room is ideal for relaxing, sharing a meal, or accommodating extra guests without sacrificing comfort or privacy.

Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. Across from the living room you’re welcomed into the kitchen. It’s bright, modern, and fully equipped for both short and extended stays. White cabinetry, smooth countertops, and stainless steel appliances—including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right. Tucked into a cozy corner is a charming 2-person bistro set—perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.
SLEEPING AREAS:
This apartment offers two comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and its own flat screen TV. In one bedroom, enjoy an exclusive view of the Brown University athletic fields right from your bed. In the other bedroom utilize the desk to catch up on work. A bureau, closet, and white noise sound machine make it ideal for both relaxation and productivity. These rooms are perfect for extended stays or sharing the space comfortably.

From the charming brick exterior to the bright, modern interior, this apartment perfectly blends historic character with fresh, stylish design. It’s in a friendly and safe neighborhood right across from the Ivy league Brown University. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
