Located only 5 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and less than 10 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk - and with Ocean City, MD right around the corner - Bayside provides a level of luxury, peace, convenience, and comfort that cannot be found anywhere else.
Amenity passes are available for an additional charge at the prevailing rate. You can purchase 3 day, or 7 day passes for your reservation. THERE ARE NO DAILY PASSES. If passes are purchased or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; 1st Choice Properties does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. 1st Choice Properties collects the fees on behalf of the HOA but is not involved in the operation of, or responsible for, the Bayside Amenities. There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. Resort passes can be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours (7AM to 7PM).
Golf privileges are available at an additional cost. Contact Bayside directly to reserve tee times. Per Bayside HOA Rules, renters are only permitted to use golf carts on the golf course; use throughout the residential roads and sidewalks of the community is not permitted.

Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for you and your guests and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access code or keys for the property will become available precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
