Outstanding spacious holiday accommodation located just outside of the historic medieval village of Martis, Sardinia. Immersed deep in the countryside, yet close enough to the coast to enjoy our stunning beaches.
IL Granaio in Martis, Sardinia is an idyllic country barn/villa attached to an historic country house which is 35/40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the north coast of Sardinia. Il Granaio is attached to the main house and is private & self contained. The villa has access to an orchard with an above ground pool. Price shown is for 3 persons. The open plan living space can accommodate 4 people. There are many acres to wander in and explore. The double bedroom is upstairs on the Mezzanine and there is also a kingsize four poster on the ground floor. Staircase up to the bathroom. A fold up single bed, cot and travel cot can be supplied. Il Granaio has a fully equipped kitchen. The owners Chris and Jill are english and have been resident in Sardinia for 15 years. They have a property in the village and sometimes reside in the main house. They maintain a very low profile but will also be there if you need any help or information. Outside there is a large ivy clad courtyard furnished with tables chairs for outside dining. There are seating and sunbathing spots dotted around the land. Down in the orchard is a welcoming above ground pool, ideal for those long hot summer days. Il Granaio has wonderful views of the village, San Pantaleo church and the stunning Monte Limbara mountains. Il Granaio - The Barn - was a used to house barley and feed for animals many years ago. In 2014 it was converted into a beautiful self contained & private dwelling with stunning grounds and many outside relaxing and dining areas. The studio is 12mt x 4mt very very spacious! Il Granaio opens up on to a large private ivy clad courtyard which is suitable for al-fresco dining and relaxing. There are a few visiting cats in the area, if you are not a cat lover just shoo them away and don't feed them, they will get the message!

SHOWER, TOILET, WASH BASIN, VANITY UNIT, HAIRDRYER, IRON & BOARD. PLEASE NOTE - WE HAVE A WIFI DONGEL FOR YOUR USE.
