1 Schlafzimmer Haus in Exopoli
Ideally located between Chania (40 km) and Rethymnon (20 km), quiet, on a hill with an exceptional view of the sea and mountains, our house is part of the Morfi Village, a set of private residences next to the sea. pleasant harbor and seaside resort of Georgioupoli.
Our residences propose a swimming pool of 19 m on 6 (May to October), with paddling pool for children. The view is fantastic, as on the terrace of our house.
Our house is at the lower level, away from the bustle and was built very intimate way. Its 51 m2 can ideally accommodate 1 couple with 1 child or 3 adults.
We have decorated it in natural tones with modern furniture in the current colors and we wanted it before any practical for a successful holiday! At each passage, we add elements of comfort.
The large terrace is the place lighthouse with his meal planning and relaxation with sofas. Having breakfast each morning and relax on the sofas in the sun with amazing views this is a luxury we do not get tired!
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware ...). for the preparation of all meals, to take also in the house if you wish it.
The living room, with a decorative fireplace, offers a bench (bed 80 cm x 200 cm) with storage drawers that can eventually turn into a double bed (mattress and sommieres independent, 2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). The LCD TV has a DVD player.
The wide corridor (mirror, shoe storage) leads to the bathroom (toilet, tub / shower, washing machine and hairdryer) and then to the bedroom with twin beds (2x90x200 cm) and a very large closet (hangers provided). The room also overlooks the living area of the terrace with the same view of the sea and mountains.
All rooms have air conditioning and / or heating and mosquito nets on the windows (double glazing) and shutters.
