This historical apartment is a perfect base for your Istanbul stay. Newly renovated loft is a rare opportunity to feel like home while experiencing the Neo-classical style historical building from 19th century. The flat is modern, clean and cozy located just steps from the Sishane metro station! Fully stocked accommodations: modern amenities, linens, cooking supplies. Enjoy the coolest decoration and furniture, Istanbul view, beautiful terrace and very easy access to the subway. Renovated loft with two bedrooms, a kitchen, separate WC & bathroom, a mezzanine, and a rooftop on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of Istanbul. 5 minutes walking distance to Sishane metro station and also historical Finucular line system, touristic places, restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. You may discover traditional Turkish food restaurants as well as sushi and italian restaurants. Karakoy-Taksim tunnel, Soho House Istanbul, Pera Palace Hotel, Asmalimescit, Istiklal Street and Beyoglu are all in walking distance.
Sultanahmet, Eminonu, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and all other historical monuments in the old town are all ten minutes away with tram, metro, bus or taxi.
The apartment is on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, there is no elevator, but the magnificent view of old Istanbul and the new Istanbul is worth it. While we were renovating this apartment, we tried to preserve the form and use original materials for the floor, fireplace, and bathrooms as they used to be in old times. I hope you feel the texture.
The living room is designed around the fireplace, and there is a dinner table for 4 people. It is a lovely place to sit and chat with friends while the fire on the pit heats you under a ceiling of 5 meters depth.
Unit has direct access to the terrace from living room but Terrace is a common area of the building itself. It is always locked and only neighbors have the keys. You may seldomly see other neighbors on the terracefor a short while.
The kitchen is so compact. You can either cook or grill in the kitchen. All types of equipment like coffee machine and grill is in your demand.

- Clean and spacious bathroom (walking shower) fully equipped with a deep shower, a toilet, sink, washing maschine hair dryer and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) for your convenience.

The building is 1 minute away from İstiklal Avenue, Şişhane Metro Station (M2) which is on the same line with Taksim Square, Osmanbey, Levent and Unkapanı and also 2 minutes away from Şişhane Bus Station and Tunel-Karaköy Funicular Railway.
