On the north end of “the Boulevard” in Hill City, less than 200 yards off of highway 169, tucked back from the road sits HILL LAKE HIDEAWAY.
This spacious two bedroom cabin is set up to accommodate your entire group! This is the perfect home base for your fishing trip, snowmobiling and ATV getaways!

Please plan to launch any personal motorized watercraft at the public access on the lake.
We have weekly professional lawn service and snow removal as needed. They may be onsite for 1-2 hours during your stay. Dates and times vary depending on weather and demand.
We have cameras monitoring the front entry area and the back yard areas of the house for the security of our guests and our property
Please take care and observe safety precautions during your use of the lake and the property.
Please let me know if there is anything you need. It is my goal that this space be a getaway and retreat for you however I am available at all times for emergencies and during standard business hours to answer and resolve any non-emergency issues.
It is extremely helpful to have good contact information available for a member of your party in the event I need to contact you due to issue resolution etc. I will do my best to notify you ahead of time if we need to be on site for any reason. We will keep any disruptions to an absolute minimum.
Hill Lake Hideaway is located in a peaceful & quiet lake community.
All guests staying at the Hideaway must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. (quiet hours are between 10pm-7am).
Haypoint snowmobile trail runs through the lake right in front of the house and connects to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trail.
ATV trails are accessible right down the road and respectful ATV riding is welcome in town as well. Please be sure to follow all traffic laws and posted ATV traffic regulations.

The entire house and yard and all amenities are included. Please make yourself at home! You will have easy access with a keypad for self check-in.
Ample parking is available in the driveway for vehicles and trailers. We are sorry but the garage and shed are not available for the use of our guests however there is covered parking in the carport area by the front door available for one large vehicle

The Hideaway offers a spacious comfortable spot for your entire group to get away from it all and enjoy your favorite outdoor activities. The large deck and yard overlook the lake and in summer a 126’ dock will give you easy access to enjoy the lake or dock your boat. With 6’ - 7’ water depth at the end of the dock you can easily fish right off the dock!

Hill City is one of the few (wonderful) towns where ATV traffic is welcome on city streets. Please be sure to follow all traffic laws and posted ATV signs and regulations.
