Single level comfortable home built in 1994 on paved, dead end street in town. So convenient! Bordered by woods on two sides so you may see deer! Nice park and fun seasonal splash pad just a quick stroll away. Also in walking distance of our wonderful downtown. Casino&movies/bowling just 6 1/2 miles away. Beaches about an hour plus away. Front porch and fenced in front yard are yours to enjoy accessed by the gate by the driveway. No shared spaces.
The suite is comfy cozy private and charming. I love using vintage sheets, which don’t always match but I adore their soft feel. I also keep a beautiful comfy quilt and lots of pillows on the bed. Toiletries provided.
If you’re towing a boat, smaller rv or trailer there is some room to park it at the dead-end area of my road adjacent to my property. Please message me for details
Parking will be on the concrete driveway or in the single car garage. Access is through the keypad entry door in the garage. Noone else will use this entrance during your stay. A hallway provides access to your guest suite. CLEAR PHOTOS IN LISTING. There is one tiny step up into the house from the garage; Other than that it is all one level. There is a keyed lock on your bedroom door
No one uses your entry door or hallway during your stay.
There is a full time resident (a quiet widowed lady), that lives there but her bedroom is on the other side of the house and she does NOT interact with guests nor does she ever enter your private hallway or space.
Your guest suite is your own private retreat with private entry and private hallway and the FRONT yard and FRONT porch are yours. :-)

We welcome your one well behaved pet under 30 pounds or your service dog. Please keep your pet leashed , don’t leave unattended and clean up after him/her.
We have a selection of DVDs including the classic To Kill A Mockingbird (I have the book there too) and some games and cards They are in the cabinet the tv sits on.
There is a very nice laundromat that takes debit and credit cards, as well as coins and cash and free WiFi just down the street on the corner of our road and highway 31 owned by wonderful people we know.
