This well-appointed suite was designed with comfort for everyday living, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each spacious bedroom encompasses luxury queen-size pillow top mattresses, with high-end linens and a spacious closet for your belongings.
In addition, our open-concept living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area to seat four, plus a four-seat breakfast bar. For guest convenience, our suite features high-speed internet, a smart TV, and a cozy fireplace for all your relaxation needs.
This suite also features in-suite laundry and one free parking space for guest convenience. This is the perfect getaway for those in need of rest and relaxation or those looking to explore the greater Calgary area.
Guests will have full access to the lower guest suite, entrance is at the back of the home off the alleyway. Entrance to the suite includes stairs.
This established, modest neighborhood is comprised of family homes and is safe and secure. Local amenities are conveniently nearby such as a variety of restaurants, gas stations, movie theatre and grocery stores. This suite is also in close proximity to the following:

We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our suite the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness, including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the suite. Also, all linens, including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats, are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is 10 am to allow for extra cleaning time.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings anyone under the age of 30.
The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the suite clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is that the suite is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the suite rules.
