Located in Bolwarra, on the eastern side of the Hunter River, approximately 5 km north of the Maitland central business district, this property is the perfect location for that serene getaway with a twist of country. Surrounded by farmlands, a stone’s throw from Lorn and Morpeth, and a short 35klm drive to wine country, this is a central location for any wedding/event in the Hunter valley, the perfect home away from home, it is conveniently, only a 35 mins drive from the heart of Newcastle, along the highway.
Hamptons Country Retreat comprises of four bedrooms, the master downstairs, complete with an ensuite, the other three bedrooms are situated upstairs, with a second ensuite and a shared bathroom. As you walk through the front door of this beautiful home, every room exudes luxury, from the main bedroom with king sized bed, quality linen, and walk-in on the right-hand side of the entrance, through to the open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area, our owners have thought of everything to compete your stay.
Heading toward the rear of the property, every room provides a glimpse of the country view beyond. Enjoy cooking a banquet or lovely family meal in the huge country style kitchen complete with butler’s pantry or take yourselves outside and sit back with a wine and cheese under the pergola/rear alfresco area, whilst indulging in the view, watching the beautiful sunsets over the farmlands and mountains beyond..
