This apartment is designed withan open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave.The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
There are two bedrooms. One has a king bed, while the second has a king bed and a sofa bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
You can also benefit from the facilities provided in the building, such as a gym, a swimming pool and parks and gardens to chill and enjoy your time.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This spacious apartment is in Plaza Residences, a four-storey residential building in JVC District 13, Jumeirah Village Circle. You need everything nearby: restaurants such as Socialicious Restaurant - House of Asian Blends, Hashtag Chef Dubai, etc, and different shops (Circle Mall JVC, Spinneys). You will also find sports facilities, a Children's Play Area, a BBQ Area, Community Views and Lush Green Parks to enjoy whatever activity you want.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
DXB Airport is 35 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 30 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 33 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 33 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 30 minutes away by car.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
