Asprela is a well-known university campus located in Porto, Portugal. It is an important educational and research hub and is home to several institutions, including the University of Porto's Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Engineering. It is situated in the northern part of Porto, in the Paranhos district.
In addition to academic buildings, the Asprela campus includes research centres, libraries, sports facilities, and student residences. It provides a vibrant and dynamic environment for learning, research, and student life.
You can experience different parts of the city during your stay at Asprela. Clerigos Tower, which is a bell tower offering stunning city-wide views, is located a 15-minute car ride away. Porto Bridge Climb is an experience allowing you to climb Porto's Arrabida Bridge and enjoy amazing views of the river and the city. Luis I Bridge is one of Porto's famous archway bridges, and it's located a 16-minute drive from the property. You can sample the city's cuisine by visiting any of the nearby restaurants, including Munchie, which is a burger place located a minute away on foot, Abaco, which is a 5-minute walk away, and vegetarian restaurant, Da Terra, which is a 9-minute walk from the property.

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter directly at the apartment. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
