This exclusive country villa – built in 1904, renovated in 2000, surrounded by a well-tended garden with trees – is situated in the spa centre Goczałkowice Zdrój It offers a suitable setting for spending an unforgettable holiday in cosy and generously equipped accommodation. It enjoys a sunny location a kilometre from the lake, 150 metres from the Vistula, on an enclosed site of 3000m². It has a well-tended, large garden with a lawn, a wild little pond, plants, flowers and trees, garden furniture, a grill, a campfire area. Bicycles are available (payable) and there is parking space for four cars. The villa is monitored.
Many restaurants provide the opportunity to enjoy Silesian and international cuisine daily (the nearest is about 350 metres away, others five minutes away by car). There are two small grocery shops within a two-minute walk. You can also enjoy more major shopping trips: in Bielitz (about a 10-minute drive) there are Sfera, Auchan, or on Pless there are Family, Aldi, Lidl etc. in the old town (5 mins. by car). You can spend spa holidays here paid for by health insurance and also book treatments privately. In the spa resort Goczałkowice Zdrój there is a well-developed spa centre built in 1856, for treatments of rheumatic or orthopaedic complaints, as well as neurological disorders, with natural healing substances such as brine and moor. There are also treatments for blood vessels and ears-nose-throat diseases. Relaxation treatments, brine baths, a sauna, cryotherapy and massages are also available. You can even have eye operations or dental treatment at a local clinic. Places of historical and cultural interest such as Auschwitz are within a 20-minute drive, Krakow and the Wieliczka salt mine are within an hour’s drive, the coal mining museum about 30 minutes, the castle in Pless about 10 minutes, the brewery museum Browarium Tychy about 20 minutes. The nearest ski piste with a lift is in Wisla (30 lifts and 25km of downhill pistes) is within a 30-minutedrive, the Aquapar Tropicana and wellness in Wisla is 30 minutes by car and the riding facility just five minutes away. There are tennis and golf within a five minute drive, a carting track 20 minutes. Nearby there is also a lake for swimming with a sandy beach and sailing, diving and windsurfing facilities, as well as a sports hall and a swimming pool, or you can go hiking, cycling and Nordic walking.
The owners offer harmony and comfort in a residential unit on the first floor with 150m² of living space. It comprises three bedrooms each with two beds and a balcony, a bathroom with a shower and WC, a living room with a TV and a balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer) in the cellar. It can accommodate six people.
Four balconies are therefore available.
