We recommend our accommodation primarily to those who would like to relax in a beautiful, peaceful, brand new building with excellent sound and heat insulation in a quiet, peaceful place with a bird's eye view. For those who love animals because they can meet deer, foxes, wild boars in the neighboring forest. For those who simply want to hide from the noise of the city and want to relax.
It is important to emphasize that the guest house, built in summer 2019, is made of 90% recycled materials, with maximum consideration for the environment.
It offers a well-equipped, fully-equipped new kitchen, a furnished bathroom and a flat-screen HDMI TV. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, capsule coffee maker with various coffee capsules, 3in1 coffee, toaster, microwave, electric hob, crockery, plates, glasses, cutlery. The bathroom comes with a shower, fitted towels, shower gel, ear cleaner, cotton pad and hairdryer. A toothbrush, toothpaste, razor are provided upon request.
Breakfast and dinner can be requested for 10 EUR / person. You have to know when to get ready. Sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, bakery, salami, cheese are optional. Dinner can be requested or selected from the offered menu on request.
The living room is in the same space as the built-in kitchen, the pull-out couch can sleep 2 people comfortably, bed linen set, blanket provided. Extra bed for +2 people. (Inflatable mattress.)
The parking lot is closed, gravelly, easily monitored by cameras. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guesthouse and within 10 meters! (200 EUR extra cleaning fee.)
In the spacious grassy garden you can cook, BBQ, badminton, play football, sunbathe. In summer, the garden shower gives you a refreshing warmth. Free WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. Pets are allowed, but can only be brought into the guesthouse at your own risk.
Meal
The reservation does not include the board at the price shown. The nearest restaurant is 300 meters away (Pótkerék restaurant, open Mon-Fri: 6-22, Sat: 7-19, Sun: closed), 2 km from the nearest grocery store. On-site cooking, barbecue, bacon and reel cooking are possible. Upon request, a full refrigerator is available.
Payment
You can pay with cash, bank transfer, PayPal. After finalizing your reservation, Guesthouse can request an advance payment to finalize your booking. On-site BANK terminal not yet available.
Arrival, opening hours
The earliest check-in time is 13:00, the latest check-out time is 15:00, the latest check-out time is 10:00. Anyone who arrives later must signal. All late arrivals - started and not arranged in advance - will increase your accommodation fee by 5 EUR / hour. On departure day, departure after 10 hours is considered to be an extra night. If the day of departure is also the date of arrival of another guest, the accommodation fee of the other guest will be charged.
The personnel of the hotel can speak with you in English, Hungarian and French languages.
