Our beautiful villa is just a few kilometres from the beautiful Stagnone Nature Reserve, a precious protected site comprising a lagoon of four islands, including the famous Mozia, which is home to rare flora and fauna. If you are a sports lover, you will enjoy kite surfing in the area, particularly on Signorino Beach, known among kitesurfers from all over the world and home to the Kitesurfing World Cup in 2013.
Here you will find breathtaking views and beautiful sandy beaches as you drive along the coastal road. The one must-see spot in Marsala is definitely the Piattaforma del Sale: at sunset they offer a breathtaking view, with the silhouettes of windmills standing against the sun and, if you're lucky, a flock of pink flamingos flying by!

The porch leads to the living room, spacious and minimalist, with an adjacent kitchen, elegant and modern, and then the 4 bedrooms with en suite bathroom: large, comfortable, full of air and light. There is also a service bathroom on the floor suitable for the disabled; the large villa also takes these special needs into account. The upper floor is surrounded by a balcony that flows into a large terrace from which to enjoy the beautiful view.
