Ideally located in the heart of town on the first floor of a small building recently renovated, you can spend a pleasant stay in this two-room apartment of 38 m2. It is particularly cozy, bright, and very well-equipped.
Renovated in early 2023, this character apartment has beautiful volumes, beautiful benefits, and plenty of storage space.
We managed to preserve the traditional side of the building during its renovation. This apartment is not only comfortable. It also has plenty of storage space and is ideal for longer stays.
The apartment description:
Near the entrance, you will find an independent toilet with a sink.
The kitchen is well-equipped. A real oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee, microwave, fridge and freezer. A washing machine is also available, as well as a drying rack and ironing facilities.
There is also more storage than you need! You will also find a large closet where you can store shoes and hang your pieces from above.
The living room includes a very comfortable leather sofa bed 140 x 200 cm. It is unfolded in just a few seconds (just pull the handle between the vertical cushions). You will find pillows and a duvet as well as extra guest towels in the bedroom dressing room. A 40-inch smart TV is also available. You can connect to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your accounts.
The shutters and curtains will allow you to rest in the morning if necessary. You have a view of Place Rotrou which was converted into a semi-pedestrian in early 2023.
The room and the bathroom are linked. The bedding is, again neat and you will certainly enjoy the mattress. A large dressing room with a wardrobe and shelves, an ottoman to put your suitcase, and a desk to work decorate this very pleasant room.
The bathroom is also completely new and meets the standards desired by most of our visitors.
We allow a departure at 2:30 pm on Sundays. Enjoy!

In the heart of town, access is simple. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and is particularly appreciated for its clear view and brightness.
Access to the building is at 41 rue Rotrou. It is at the very beginning of Place Rotrou, just opposite the café "Le Balto". The door of 41 is next to the entrance of Crédit Agricole staff at number 43 and has a digital code on its right.
