Within an elegant context with concierge services, you'll find this charming, renovated apartment consisting of an entrance, a living room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. You'll feel comfortable in my place as it is cozy, set in a quiet and secure environment, and I am always available.
The apartment is suitable for one person or couples and is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, and centralized heating. A Smart TV is available in the living room. Riccardo and I have made it welcoming, hoping our guests will feel at home. Please note that it is not recommended for those in wheelchairs due to limited space.
In the apartment, you'll find the "GUEST BOOK" created for you to get an idea of the area, along with instructions on how to operate appliances. Lonely Planet guides for Milan and Lombardy in English are also available to guests.
We are in the so-called 'NoLo District,' a destination for street artists, which has been revitalized in recent years, making it a central neighborhood in the urban reflection of the city of Milan. The apartment is a short walk from the MM1 Precotto, which, in just 15 minutes, takes you to the Duomo; tram no.7 takes you to the Isola area (a well-known district in Milan for its great restaurants and bars) and other surface transport. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a bike path right in front of the house leading directly to San Babila 😉
Considering its proximity to the city center, the University of Milan (Department of Linguistic and Cultural Mediation), and the short distance from the ring roads, Sara Home is the right solution for both those who want to visit Milan and those coming to Milan for study/work (short periods).
Lidl supermarket is across the street, and Iperal supermarket is nearby. Highly recommended restaurants in front of the house: "Le Meraviglie," "Mamma Lina," and "Sciura Maria" for a quick panzerotto!
A must-visit is "Tipografia Alimentare" in Via Dolomiti 1, 10 minutes from home.
The area is convenient to major airports, being 20 minutes by car from Linate, 50 minutes from Malpensa, and 40 minutes from Orio al Serio Bergamo.
HOW TO REACH SARAHOME FROM MAJOR AIRPORTS:
If you arrive at:
✈Linate Airport, take the shuttle to Central Station, then the MM Green Line towards Cologno Monzese or Gessate, and get off at Loreto; from Loreto, take the MM Red Line towards Sesto San Giovanni and get off at Precotto. The house is a 2-minute walk from the Precotto stop.
✈Malpensa Airport, take the shuttle to Central Station, then the MM Green + MM Red Line, or the Malpensa Express train to Central Station and then the metro. The first option is more convenient.
✈Orio Al Serio Airport, take the shuttle to Central Station, then the MM Green + MM Red Line.
If you arrive by car, there is the possibility of parking in Via Roberto Tremelloni (free parking).
I personally welcome my guests from 3:30 pm to 9 pm and am available at any time for information and any needs. I give my guests space and am not intrusive, but I like to stay in touch to ensure they are comfortable in the house and the city.
