This home features a private entrance with access to large yard, deck, fire pit and propane grill. The spacious apartment has a cozy living space with a pool table and fireplace seperate from bedroom and bathroom.
Close easy access to I-91 and the Merrit Parkway. Tucked away in an affluent enclave of Mt. Carmel minutes from Quinnipiac University and Sleeping Giant state park. Great for someone who wants to explore the many natural beauties and attractions the area has to offer, or a peaceful getaway.
Guest will have access to unit via lockbox with key. Little to no interaction is necessary with host but host is available for any questions and or issues at all times via text, call or email
Important things to note before booking:
-This unit is a (locked off) guest suite on the back side of our main home with a private entrance from the back patio of the house. There is no access to the main home from the unit.
-The path to your door has an incline and includes a few stairs (not ADA compliant)
-Access to home does require a walk up a gravel path with a slight incline and two steps, not ADA accessible
-During inclement weather be advised that snow removal service will plow the driveway, however clearing of the walkway and steps to the unit will be the responsibility of the renter. Snow shovel and icemelt will be provided by us and will be conveniently located on patio.
-Unit has only a kitchenette, including a microwave, coffee maker, water cooler and mini fridge/freezer. There is no range or sink. Guest does have access to a propane grill but please keep in mind the only sink available for dishes is in the bathroom
-Long term stays be advised there is not a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a laundromat 10 minutes away (Candid Cleaners)
-Pets welcome with an additional fee of $50 per pet. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Large yard (not fenced in) is available for your pet to enjoy.
-There are security cameras on property
