Step inside and experience the airy, sunlit living area, designed for relaxation and comfort. The open-concept layout features a cozy living room with plush seating, 65” smart TV, and windows that frame pond and waterway views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare fresh local seafood or family favorites.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with luxurious oeko/organic linens and comfortable mattresses: the primary suite includes a king-size bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and ample closet space. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. Both bedrooms include room darkening window panels for those who appreciate sleeping in. We pride ourselves on air quality and meticulous house keeping. This is a non smoking property and includes a whole house air purification system for optimum air quality.
