This chalet, decorated with charm, style and in the finest ambiance, is entirely at your and your family or friends' disposal. The owners of this holiday home have chosen the best materials to let their guests enjoy affordable luxury during their holiday in the beautiful region of Hochkönig. Original elements from old farmhouses give a unique atmosphere from a different time. There are 5 bedrooms, some with ensuite bathrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a games collection and there is a private gym. The charming fireplace provides a cosy ambiance but may not be used for heating. (for safety and insurance reasons)
The swimming lake with its own riser or the nearby ski area also make this chalet an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday all year round.
Only 300m from the chalet you reach the ski area Hochkönig. This ski area is part of the immense ski region Ski Amadé with 120 kilometers of slopes! Ski like a king over the white and beautifully groomed slopes here. You will find numerous mountain huts with delicious regional and international cuisine!
In summer, this area is a true hiking paradise. There are about 340 kilometres of hiking trails at your feet. Take a refreshing dip in one of the crystal clear mountain lakes and enjoy the Austrian sunshine. Once back at your chalet you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden.
Charging an electric or hybrid car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.

- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.

- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.

- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.

- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.



Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
No cancellation insurance yet? Then we advise you to do so as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after making the reservation. By taking a cancellation insurance, you will be refunded the paid travel sum in case of cancellation, if there is an insured event.
