This beautiful house comes fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, a large pool, beautiful views of the surrounding area, a large barbecue area, a huge deck with direct access from both bedrooms, tranquility, nature, and a unique arquitectural design with luxury amenities. The internal spaces are all designed to blur the lines with the green & blue outside spaces. Only 30 minutes from the centro of Rosario, it's the perfect getaway for families and friends.
The house resides in a large 850 square meter property. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, high quality mattresses, high quality appliances, towels, blankets, ac in every room, ceiling fans and ac in all sleeping spaces, and much more.
I'm available at all times and we have a groundskeeper that lives in the house in the front available 24/7.
If you are interested in hosting an event or birthday party with no more than 25 guests during the day, send me a message for the details and additional costs. There is no cost for the first 4 day guests. If you are staying for 5 days or more, 1 small event of no more than 25 guests during the day is included. For events, please be mindful of the grounds, our neighbors, & treat the house as if it were your own.
There is no rail guard around the pool or a protective door for the staircase that leads to the loft space. If you have young children that needs to be kept in mind. Guests assume all responsibility for their own children.
We accept pets but guests assume all responsibilities for their pets. Keep in mind that the grounds are large and there are places in the fence where pets can escape. Also, neighbors' pets and street animals can enter the grounds. This is rare but it's possible. We own two Yorkies and we have never experienced any problems.
Quiet hours start at 10 pm.
The water in the property comes from a 40 meter deep (120 feet) well in the property. It is not controlled by the city so even though it is fine, it is still not recommended for drinking because it is not controlled. We provide a complimentary large 6 liter water bottle but after that, guests are encouraged to purchase their own drinking water at the local market.
Our neighborhood is safe, calm, and filled with large trees.
We are 1 kilometer from the center of the town of Roldán and 2 kilometers from the main freeway with easy and quick access by car. The public express bus to Rosario stops 2 blocks from our house and takes you directly to Plaza Sarmiento in the centro of Rosario in just 40 minutes. By car it takes 20 minutes to reach Rosario and 30 minutes to reach the monument of the flag which is the furthest part of the city from the house.
