Your 3BR/3BA + loft coastal-chic getaway provides access to an outdoor pool, spa, private inlet beach, and a nearby marina -- all close to great restaurants. Kids will love the spacious loft with fun arcade games including Pac-Man!
INSIDE THE VILLA
Enter into the sparkling kitchen that features granite countertops, sleek white cabinetry, and a full suite of quality stainless steel appliances. The huge kitchen bar has seating for three, while the adjacent dining area provides a six-seat table.
Kick back and relax in the sunlit living room, outfitted with a large leather sofa and a 32' cable TV.
Rest comfortably in the master bedroom, featuring a queen bed, 32” TV, a large walk-in closet, and direct patio access. The en-suite master bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a 19” TV with cable and a DVD player. This room offers shared access to the guest bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent third bathroom boasts a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a water closet.
The family-friendly loft area is comprised of three separate areas. Unwind in the living area that includes a leather sectional and flat-screen TV or enjoy the arcade games (PacMan, Galaga, and Rampage) in the game area. The adjacent loft sleeping space offers four twin beds. (Please note that two of the twin beds are only for children.)
OUTDOOR AREAS
Sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the back patio; fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the patio table with seating for four.
A convenient pathway (located next to the patio) leads to a private sandy beach as well as the complex amenities. Enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool (heated seasonally), sauna, steam, and fitness center.

Reserved outdoor parking is available for two vehicles in front of the villa. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a full-size washer/dryer are provided.
THE LOCATION
The colorful Banana Bay complex is set right on the water at Perdido Key, with private access to the white sands of the inner coastal waterway and a nearby marina.
It wouldn’t be a true beach getaway without indulging in some delicious seafood. Luckily, the most popular restaurants in town, like The Jellyfish Bar/Restaurant, Oyster Bar Restaurant, and the famous Flora-Bama Yacht Club, are all within a 5-minute drive.
Take a short drive down River Road to the Gulf of Mexico with the nearest public beach access with restrooms and a shower. Perdido Key State Park, Johnson's Beach, and Ft. McRae are just a few places to explore while you are lost on the Key and all within a 5-mile radius.
Note: Marinas are not private, there are public marinas closeby (you’ll need to set up docking and inquire about fees in advance.
