This newly built villa is surrounded by nature and is located near the bay of Duga Uvala, not far from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
On the first floor there is a bright and open living and dining area with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the greenery of the beautiful Mediterranean garden. A bathroom completes the first floor. Stairs lead you to the second floor, where you will find the second bathroom and three bedrooms. Up to six people can relax there. Cool off on summer days in the private pool with a separate basin that has a massage function. You can relax on sun loungers in the natural shade of the olive trees. Children will certainly enjoy the large swing, but adults will also love the Hollywood swing on the terrace. This is a sheltered bay on the east coast of Istria between the larger towns of Labin and Pula.
