Beautiful detached villa surrounded by the hilly countryside of the Sierra Oeste at 70km from the heart of the Spanish capital Madrid.
The villa has 4 fully equipped 2 persons bedrooms and 2 bathrooms divided over the 2 floors, and with a transformable corner seat in the ground floor living room it can accommodate up to 10 people in full comfort. A decently equipped kitchen and a super cosy living room annex terrace, where one can enjoy the spectacular view over the Sierra Oeste, make the picture complete.
A cool down during the countless sunlit summer days can be found in the spacious (12x 5.5m) swimming pool with terrace, or in the shadow of one of the many fruit trees on the 10 are fenced lot that surrounds the villa. Garden furniture, deckchairs, sunshades… everything is ready and available for you.
In the village of Pelayos (centre at 500m) one can find everything one needs, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery with delicious daily baked fresh bread and croissants!
Tired of the swimming pool? The village of Pelayos lies alongside the 20km stretched lake “Pantano de san Juan”, the only lake in the vicinity of Madrid where aquatics are allowed. Discover one of the many dream like beach stretches that surround the lake or sailing, waterski, on the lake or paddle surfing or cayak in the river Albeche.
