The Space:
Your family or group of friends is going to love this ground-floor apartment in Puerto Escondido! It’s outfitted with the most important comforts of home and just steps to the nearest beach - which happens to be one of the most popular. Close to home are tons of restaurants to try out, beaches to visit, and loads of water activities to experience! But you don’t have to venture out if you don’t want to as the home has a glorious pool, lots of seating, and spots where you can rest, relax, and recharge!

Puerto Escondido is known for its surfing! Playa Zicatela is the ultimate proving ground for advanced and daring surfers, a no-go zone for the uninitiated. La Punta, just 10 minutes south of Zicatela, is an excellent surfing spot for the intermediate level. For beginner surfers, your best bet is Playa Carrizalillo. There’s also snorkeling and scuba diving, since you’ll be on the Pacific coast, the ocean is abundant with sea life and coral. Puerto Escondido has a variety of calm beaches that make up the best places for these activities such as Carrizalillo, Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo, and Coral Beach. If you get the chance to go out on a boat, you’ll probably encounter schools of dolphins, or if you’re lucky, humpback whales!

Puerto Escondido is a small town and the coolest way we recommend you to get around is by scooter, we will give you recommendations of car and motorcycle rental places, but we will also give you contacts of trusted taxis. If you’re arriving by car, there’s parking available.

We provide a complimentary airport shuttle service to the house at no additional charge if interested, just let us know.
Check-in is from 3 pm until 8 pm. If you are planning to arrive later, please let us know as soon as possible. An extra fee may apply.
The Wi-Fi connection is a residential service and in the area, it could have some fails or saturation during peak hour. Please keep this in mind.
Nearby, you will find several convenience stores or local shops that can help you stock your pantry during your stay. We can provide you with a contact for purchases and home deliveries.
Puerto Escondido is under construction. There’s a possibility that there may be construction noise in the area.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, and shampoo, Just note these items are not replenished.
For reservations longer than 6 days, an extra set of clean bedsheets and towels is provided once; and in case of a shorter stay, they are available at an additional cost of 22 USD per event.
Surveillance devices are on the outside of the home only for security purposes.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- The maximum number of guests is 8.
- Our beautiful region experiences water shortages, particularly during the summer months and peak season. Please recycle water if possible and use water consciously.
- No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not permitted.
