This house is tranquil, cosy and calm inside and out.
Tranquil Haven is a beautiful 1930's style home fresh & clean. The bedrooms have queen size beds comfortable for two. The four large lockable bedrooms each with an air-conditioning/heating system, each bedroom is furnished with cosy queen size beds, new mattresses, desk, desk lamp, TV, side tables with lamps, some linen & pillows, walk in robes in two rooms & built in robes in the other two rooms.
The main bathroom with shower & toilet has a lock & the laundry with a washer/dryer combo has a shower & toilet with a door lock. This grand old beauty has the original ornate high ceilings. The common areas are equipped with a classic kitchen with appliances, cutlery, plates, cooking essentials etc you just need to bring the food and beverages. The living area is an extension of the kitchen and has a two seater couch, dining chair, TV books & some games/puzzles & some videos are available. A house cleaner, maintenance & gardener attend as needed.
There is a large back yard with over 1000 m2 for walking, playing and off street parking with four new lockable sheds to keep bikes and toys while exploring the surrounding attractions. Located in a small but vibrant town of Willaura, you'll have easy access to an award-winning bakery, Post Office, Primary School, supermarket, Post Office, Children's Playground, sporting precinct with a swimming pool, nursing home, public transport, and much more.
It is a wonderful place for listening to the different birds that fly over head. There are many places for hiking, bike rides and walks with a nearby reserve & sport oval and Chalambar Golf Club in Ararat.
