Welcome to a magnificent home where nothing has been spared when it comes to comfort. You are already met on the driveway by a symmetrical, large house, well embedded in Småland greenery and a well-mown lawn in front - all a breathtaking sight! Once inside the house, you enter a tiled practical hall with a laundry room/pantry to the left and then directly into the open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could want from a kitchen. Dining area for six people but with room for more. From the open area of ​​the kitchen there is a hall from which you reach the library, the living room as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. The library is incredible with its built-in bookshelves and atmospheric interior design. The living room, in turn, offers magical space, several seating groups and a dining room group, also adapted for six people. With a hipped roof where the timber is visible, you feel noticeably lighter! The bedrooms consist of a well-proportioned bedroom with a double bed and patio door, the second bedroom is equipped with two beds with good mattresses, one of which is a pull-out bed, and patio door. The third bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed that offers two good beds. Here, too, you will find a patio door. Between the second and third bedroom is the large bathroom, in which you can only spend a large part of the time as there is a spa bath and a large sauna. Everything in top condition. With a carefully restored sideboard converted into a wash basin, attention to detail also extends into the bathroom. You can reach the second bathroom from the hall and there you will find a toilet and shower. The house has a total of seven doors out in the form of exterior doors and patio doors - all so that nature can be reached seamlessly without effort. Outside the library, the living room and the master bedroom you will find a terrace with a wooden deck - and a pool. There are plenty of seating areas here - three larger ones and the majority of sun loungers. There is also a gas grill here, so cooking will go smoothly even outside! The pool is 4x9 meters and simply amazing too with its weekend gable stairs made for enjoying and socializing in. With jet stream you can challenge yourself to swim as the kids play - all under the close supervision of an adult who can sit comfortably in the meantime! The garden then is a whole chapter in itself – incomparably lustful and resourceful and simply must be experienced! Here, too, the experience lies in the details. Berries and grapes are grown and you can eat them. The plot itself is large and contains forest and an area that can function as a fireball or soccer field. You can simply have absolutely amazing adventures here with all the comforts of home within easy reach! If you want to swim in a lake, there are also nearby, a short distance by car, as well as fishing lakes. Fishing licenses can be bought nearby and a rowing boat is available on a trailer to borrow for those who want and are able to tow a boat trailer with their car. Växjö with its entire range is a quarter of an hour away by car and the bus connections are excellent. By the pool is also a pool villa in which the owners of the property will stay from time to time. Here, it is you as a guest who determines the degree of contact. The owners are very social and fantastically nice, with a very high degree of tact. The proximity to them will never feel intrusive! There are exits from the pool villa that do not face the pool, so it is perfectly possible to stay there in parallel without meeting, as well as it is good to socialize - all that comes naturally. The owners are happy to help with practical things around the house and if you need help with how the jet stream or the heat for the pool works. When it comes to charging an electric car, there is an outlet with an electricity meter connected that measures the consumption. You then easily pay this separately to the owner on the spot! The whole house breathes history from the place on which it is built – a clearing created when the storm Gudrun came, and the wood for the house comes from this storm-felled forest. You feel the love of the forest and the place in everything, in this house. Warm welcome!
