In addition to a private beach, residents can enjoy a variety of onsite amenities such as a pool, fitness facility, and sauna. Not to mention - a convenient location to area schools and the back gate of NAS Pensacola. Internet, cable, and trash are included with the monthly rent. The kitchen boasts white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and provides an open lay out to the dining area and living room. The spacious master suite is on the first floor and features dual vanity sinks, a whirlpool tub, and a large walk-in shower. One guest bedroom is located on the first floor and shares the guest bathroom. The other two guest bedrooms are located upstairs, are of a generous size, and have a shared bathroom. Upstairs has The full sized laundry room comes outfitted with a washer and dryer. The driveway provides space for two cars to park. The complex also offers an area for guest parking. Internet, cable and trash, are included in the monthly rent. Property will be held off market up to 14 days with Property Holding Fee with approved app. Lease Prep Fee of $75 is due/ Approved pets require $400 pet fee per pet. Renters insurance is required.
