You're also situated roughly 17 miles from Caddo Lake State Park and 14 miles from all the action in historic Marshall. On 391 acres of land, this private property has a gated entrance and a long driveway that adds an extra layer of seclusion.
Spend fun-filled days on the 8-acre private lake. A pier offers a cleaning station and three paddleboats - lifejackets and fishing gear are also provided (catch-and-release only). Or take in the lake views from the furnished deck, which features a built-in gas grill - perfect for home cookouts. In the evenings, gather around the firepit and enjoy fireside chats under the expansive Texas sky.
Inside, wood floors, exposed beams, and a gas fireplace with stone surround create a warm lodge-like vibe. Spread out between a living room and the game room where you can concoct a crisp drink at the bar, play a round of pool, or unwind on sofas and watch TV, equipped with DISH.
When you’re ready to eat, head to the well-equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Savor home-cooked meals together at the beautiful rich wood dining table.
