Watch the famous AMI sunrise and sunset on our amazing rooftop deck accessible by a straight staircase (no spirals here)! Guests rave about our elevator! It can be used to haul all of your luggage and to the second and third floors, help our guests who have a difficult time with stairs get to where they want to be - with their family and friends. Using the handy kitchen cart it is also a great way to get all your food and beverages poolside!

Or, take a short walk to the white sand beaches, lounge in our private heated pool/spa, and enjoy a family BBQ. Take advantage of the free Island Trolley service (stop is short walk) to explore the Island , including the historic Bridge Street with its many restaurants and quaint shops which are only a few minutes away. Or you can grab a trolley in the other direction to the popular Pine Street area.

Dine out or have the option of making a delicious homemade meal with the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, including professional-grade cooktop, double stove, wine-beverage fridge, water pot filler, under counter microwave...

Open Concept Living, Kitchen, Dining Area: The main living area is a large open-plan space with high ceilings and beautiful tile flooring throughout the house. The coastal furniture that invites you to relax and enjoy the warm breeze coming through wide balcony doors, which provide access to big usable balconies on both ends of the home. There are also two private balconies on the third floor (total 4 balconies). When it's movie time you can just kick back and make the most of a large 55" SMART flat-screen TV, with HD cable/DVR and Blu-ray/DVD player.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is located on the main living level along with the dining area and living room for great entertaining and family gatherings. At one end of the kitchen is a great big round table with seating for 8 to 12! The massive quartz island has five kitchen stools and is sure to be the center of your group's gathering.

The bright and airy open-plan kitchen features gleaming quartz countertops, oversized island, top-quality appliances, professional-grade cooktop, double oven, double door refrigerator with icemaker. The oversized sink, dishwasher, stovetop water pot filler help making cooking and clean up easy. At the dining end of the kitchen, there is an additional under-counter wine/beverage refrigerator so that you will be sure to have cold drinks handy. High-efficiency washer/dryer, ironing board and iron are provided on the main floor for convenience.

All cabinets are self-closing and offer pull out trays in the bottom section for ease of access to the well-equipped kitchen with supplies such as pots, pans, cutlery, ceramics, glasses, and quality knives to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. We also provide small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixers, griddle, and BIG pots for those big family meals. The ground floor also provides a big room inside near the pool with seating, 48" TV with DVD/Blu Ray player, v, board games, etc. Our home has many areas for people to gather, or to find their own space and peace if needed!

This home is meant to be a very special vacation home, not a mini motel with only bedrooms, as we personally bring our friends and family 3-5 times a year for our vacations.

We provide free unlimited long distance phone service within the US and Canada. We provide free Wi-Fi internet access.

Rooms, Bathrooms, & Sleeping Arrangements: 5 Bedrooms Sleeps 12 comfortably, all bedrooms feature luxurious linen and bed covers, all rooms have spacious closets.

The first spacious king-sized bed master suite (top floor) features a private balcony with seating, a private luxurious bathroom which offers a soaking tub as well as a walk-in rain shower and two separate sinks. The room also has a lat-screen TV in this HD cable/DVR.

The second, king-sized bed master bedroom (top floor) features a high ceiling, a private luxurious bathroom that offers walk-in rain shower, sink and make up vanity. This room also has a flat-screen TV with cable access.

The third king bedroom (located on the 2nd/main floor) features a king-size bed, private luxurious bathroom with rain shower and double sinks, Flat Screen TV and a small seating area.

The fourth bedroom features 2 double bunk beds (top floor), private sink, and a bathtub/shower. Flat Screen TV. The fifth bedroom features 2 twin beds and a private sink and shower (second floor). Flat Screen TV.

All five-bathrooms are finished with luxurious quartz countertops, high-end tiles and Moen top of line faucets, and sinks. High-efficiency washer/dryer, ironing board and iron are provided on the main floor for convenience.

Outside and Heated Pool/Spa: The outdoor area star is the nicely sized heated pool with tropical landscaping. The pool has a shallow end which is perfect for the little ones, and seating area in pool to interact with people in the spa. Epi wood deck is easy on your feet and doesn't overheat like some tile patios. The balcony from the kitchen/family room overlooks the pool area so grandparents can watch from above if they wish! The pool is simply amazing - see pictures :)

If needed (usually October to April), the pool is heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit and the spa can be heated on your request to 104 degrees. The heating system is electrical which is much more dependable than solar systems. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold, to protect equipment from breaking (below 55F). While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool.

You can sit back and enjoy the great Lanai with a covered outdoor area with a dining table, lounge chairs, Weber gas grill, and overhead fans allowing you to make the most of the outside space. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the amazing white sand from a great time at the beach!

Our home has a two-car garage where you will find many things to make your stay more enjoyable such as a ping pong table, 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, pool and beach toys, 6 beach chairs, and 2umbrellas. We also provide items for families with smaller children such as 2 pack and plays, 2 high chairs, 2 booster seats, and 2 umbrella strollers, and 3 safety gates. When comparing properties think about the additional costs if you need to rent them when you get there!
