If you love the archipelago and want to live near the sea, this accommodation is fantastic on the island of Edesö! The house has a splendid sea view. The property consists of three houses, a larger one with kitchen, family room, three bedrooms with double beds in two and a single bed in the third. Electric toilet and shower are in the main house. On the plot down towards the water there are two smaller houses which are sleeping houses with two single beds in one, in the other there is a bunk bed and a single bed which is slightly shorter. Don´t drink the water from the tap, but you can use it for everything else, even boil potatoes or eggs in. Cans with drinking water will be filled on arrival. The houses are located on a lovely plot, with a lawn with fruit trees and mountain pines. You can swim both from the rocks and at the beach on the island, just a short walk from the house there is a sandy beach with a jetty and opposite you can swim from the mountain, where it is deep. There is everything for fishing to borrow and a smoking oven where you can smoke your freshly caught fish. A map showing where you can fish is in the binder. The island is 2 km kilometers long and consists of rocks, paths and meadows. There is a soccer field that is mowed in the summer near the house. If you have your own smaller boat, there is a boat berth a bit below the house to use. Spaces for boats of a maximum of 4x2 metres. It only takes 5 minutes on Edesö to walk from and to the wharf where the Waxholm boat docks, where you can fish, sunbathe and swim on a nice wharf next to the steamboat wharf. 10 minutes away by boat you will reach Dalarö, which has a restaurant and shop. Food can be ordered online and left on the pier. Please inform the service office when bringing animals. The owner will then put food bowls and a dog bed in the cottage. As the cottage is located on an island, the use of water and electricity is limited and it is recommended to be frugal in order not to overload the cottage's resources. Maximum lenth of shower: 5 minutes per person to save water.
