Located in one of the most desirable areas of south Florida, this impressive well appointed home is in a PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY inside Gateway. It overlooks a lake and natural preserve and is just steps away from the heated community pool. Just a short distance down the road is another heated olympic size pool.

After a busy day you can relax in the comfortable great room. Check your email, watch TV, read a good book or just relax.
KITCHEN
The spacious custom kitchen features a huge 9’ island, granite countertops and stainless appliances. It’s fully stocked with lovely dishes, cooking utensils, stainless pots and pans, baking dishes, coffee maker etc. There’s everything you need to prepare a special meal including serving dishes not often found in rental homes. You can pull up a bar stool at the kitchen island and enjoy lunch or enjoy a lovely dinner in the dining room ... or lanai.
MASTER SUITE & GUEST BEDROOM
French doors lead to the master suite, with a comfortable queen poster bed, TV and a spacious walk in closet. The spa like en-suite offers double vanities and a huge shower.
The split bedroom plan offers privacy for the Guest Bedroom with a TV and full bathroom.
There’s high quality sheets and towels, fluffy comforters and pillows.
DEN
This is another nice quiet comfortable area to relax.
LANAI
You can enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch/lanai, with a view of the lake and conservation area. Egrets, blue herons and turtles sometimes meander around the lake. In the evening you can BBQ your steaks and seafood and have dinner on the lanai.

Cleanliness is at the top of our priority list. We personally inspect the home before your arrival and after your departure, so you can be assured no detail has been overlooked.
DETAILS
This is our vacation home and not just a rental home, so you will find all the comforts of home ... and more. There’s beach chairs, beach towels and two bikes (bring your helmets). There’s a washer and dryer for your convenience and the garage is equipped with a garage door opener. There’s an exterior camera on the front of our home and the landscaping is taken care of regularly.

Check out the MANATEES at the Manatee Park. You can even rent a kayak or canoe and see them up close. (20 min. from our home).
Grab your camera and head to the Six Mile Cypresses Slough Preserve on 3500 acres, with WILDLIFE VIEWING, A Butterfly Garden and Boardwalk Trails throughout the wetland. (5 min. from home).
When you are ready for some BEACH Action, check out world famous Sanibel/Captiva Island and Fort Myers Beach on the Gulf of Mexico! You’ll have a blast swimming, boating, fishing and walking for miles on the white sugary sand beaches. (20 min. from our home). You can book a DEEP SEA FISHING Trip from Fort Myers Beach and even tour the EVERGLADES on an Airboat. The Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge in Sanibel is a great place to drive through or take a tram ride and see the wildlife. (20 min. from home).
When you are ready for brunch, a snack or dinner, there’s so many RESTAURANTS to choose from. Guests love the areas fresh seafood. There’s way more, including Italian, Asian, Barbecue and more with casual waterfront and upscale dining options available. (5 - 20 min. from our home).
