This unique, private retreat is nestled in the woods just outside of town, with a gentle stream flowing alongside a peaceful garden pathway. We're in one of the most desirable locations, only 5 minutes from Hailey and 10 minutes from Ketchum.
From the living room, our 25' floor-to-ceiling glass walls look over the extensive natural gardens and patios. The panoramic views from the kitchen, living-room, and hallway's numerous glass doors / windows give a cheerful vibrance to the home, making for spectacular sunset mood lighting in the evenings & a lively living space throughout the day. A dramatic floor-ceiling cut rock fireplace in the living room is available for cozy evenings and family gatherings. The dining area has a long wooden table that comfortably seats up to 12 people, with bar seating nearby that accommodates an additional 6 guests.
Our 900 square foot master suite is amenities galore! This luxurious upstairs living space features a king-sized bed, a cozy eagles-nest interior balcony, a forrest-immersed exterior balcony, a warm personal fireplace, jetted soaking tub, and a lavish steam shower. The remaining four bedrooms in the house all have queen beds and are a separate retreat in their own way - two of the bedrooms are found away from the main living space with a shared bathroom, while the last 2 are entirely separate wings, with their own private entrances and bathrooms. These are a Garden Suite & an Additional Suite which is it's own apartment unit , a few steps outside of a side garage entrance (the additional suite is included in this listing).
The home is fully equipped, including a grand piano, foosball table, luxurious linens, and beautifully appointed leather furniture. Our kids' room is stocked with toys, puzzles, all level reading books, spa towels, extra pillows and blankets. A pack’n’play, highchair, and kids plastic silverware are included, along with a baby gate that encloses the carpeted upstairs balcony for supervised crawling around.
ENTIRE PROPERTY
This listing is one of two homes on our full two acre forested property. The other home is a 2 bedroom guest house that is entirely secluded and private as well. Each of these homes can be rented separately, or together as a sleep 21 in our full property listing (links provided below). We are well suited for weddings and large gatherings. We can potentially host more guests than listed. Large events require that the full property be rented. Please inquire about a quote on large events and special accommodations.
Our lawn near the front of the property is around 5,000 square feet. (200ft long and 50ft wide) and can comfortably accommodate a wedding of 75, a long frisbee toss or a blast of a puppy park. Being open & expansive, with dense tree cover and running water, quiet guests can occasionally be graced by the presence of local wildlife.
Both homes have child proofed areas and are pet inclusive.
