This luxury villa is located on a little hill in a private residence at the quiet end of Boracay with a magnificent view from all rooms to the beach. In the year 2012 Boracay was voted to the World´s Best Island from the US Travel+Leisure magazine and our villa is at the Best Beach of Boracay!
This privat villa is unique for its relaxing area. It is definitely sited at the best beach of Boracay: it is without any greens / alga/ sea weed like it is more or less allover at the main White Beach. Although you are on the most popular island of the Philippines at this residential area you are a step away from the huzzle & buzzle area of the main White Beach, so it is never crowded here as it is more or less a private beachwhich we share with Crimson Resort.
Our house is for max 11 person, but also good for 2 people when you want to prefere your privacy.. We have in total 5 rooms , 3 master bed rooms each with queen size bed, so this is good for 6 adults and in the 2 living rooms with integrated, full equipped kitchen you can sleep on sleeping sofas and extra mattress. If you like a villa only for you, do not hesitate to book the entire villa, as the rate for the whole villa is what you pay in some resorts for only one apartment. All rooms, on the roof top and in the garden you have fast WiFi and the living rooms are equipped with modern Flat TV and DVD players etc.
The kitchens are fully equipped e.g. microwave, coffee machine, blender, espresso machine, fridges, 6 flame gas oven etc. We have a service maid who is cleaning the rooms daily and serve you with fresh towels and toiletteries. She can also prepare your breakfast which is 300php per person and it is just in accordance to your wishes with fresh brewed German coffee, cereals, fresh milk, eggs any style, fresh fruits from the market, whole wheat toast etc. You can have the breakfast in the room, in the garden, on the terrace or balcony or even on the roof top at any time you like. Tell the service maid a day before and she will do her best to serve your wishes. We serve you with free bottled drinking water. We have a large mahogany dining table good for 10 person, so that you all can sit together and for the baby we have a kiddy chair and kiddy bed (crib).
If you like the service maid, who is also the caretaker, can be act as a baby sitter for a certain fee.
For to enjoy the magnificent view from the house and the garden, bear in mind that there are stairs to come to our villa, you have to be in good health conditions ( so no astma etc.). If you arrive with small kids you have to carry them perhaps or ask our guards to carry them ( for your baggage you can ask the guards for assistance, they would be happy about a tip as they are not our personal guards...they are the security gurads of the total compound).
The garden comes with nice orchid flowers and palm trees. The villa has 3 stories, you can reach every room from outside, so no one will disturb each other when some of you might come back late. The villa has 3 TV, audio and DVD players and free internet etc.
The nearest beach you can reach via a small adventurous foot track within 3 min. ( wear sneakers when you go down, the footpath is a little bit rocky). At the beach there is already 2 new 5 star resorts (Crimson + Mövenpick), where you can use the beach bar and the restaurants and it is just in front of our villa down at the beach. There are still two other alternatives to go on foot within 5-8 to the next beach. Do not forget to tell our service maid when you want to have your breakfast a day before and it will be ready when you open your eyes in the morning. Then enjoy your breakfast in the morning on your open terrace with a magnificent view to the ocean and follow the first fisher boats going out or enjoy the evening sunset with a nice glass of wine in the garden at the little outside bar. Or you enjoy our roof top with sun chairs and little table ( the roof top terrace is in the shade of a big tree, so you can enjoy till noon without being exposed to the sun.
As for Christmas, Eastern, Chinese New Year is a big demand for the whole villa, you should book that good in advance. For this peak season and the minimum booking time is 4 days. Guests have access to the swimming pool and sun chair ( at the pool, shared with some other private residence they use that seldom, so most of the time it is like your private pool and it is next to our house). There is a 2nd swiming pool on the compound which you also can use.
There is a washing machine and a dryer available on demand ( it is only magaged by our service maid and it is free once a week for one washing ). Ask the service maid for laundry service. There are DVD, Blue-ray players in the house and you can borrow for free lots of DVDs. Your service maid will be there for you the whole day. Ask her for any special wishes and she will try to fulfil that. She can make for you your shopping, you only have to pay for the tricycle and the stuff you ordered but you can also call some delivery services from the restaurants.There are several beaches which you can enjoy. No one is going on foot on this beautiful island. Ask our service maid Miriam to call you a tricycle and you will be in 10 -15minutes to every nearby beach like Puka Shell Beach, Punta Bunga Beach ( 5 min on foot ) or to the main White Beach at Willy´s Rock. Or you go on foot to a hidden local beach ( ask Miriam for the small path way )The same is when you go by tricycle to Mövenpick Beach resort. There is also an entrance fee, also consumable in the restaurant. Both bays have sun chairs and other amenities available.
Your direct neighbourhood in the residential area are Italian, French, German, Russian homeowners, who spend their weekend or vacation there. The entire area is reachable by a lot of stairs as it is on a little hill ( you should be in good health conditions..e.g. no asthma). Soon the main gate will be open again and then you have only a few stairs as the transportation car/e-bike can directly stop in front of our house.
But by that you can enjoy the magnificent view to the beaches and to the mountains. No houses or other villas will block your view! The area has 20 villas and is protected with 24 hours security service by gate keepers and guards. You can go to the beach direct in front of the residental area, (actually our main entrance is closed so you need to use a small foot path via stairs to go down to our villa ) but it is all only within 5 min. foot walk ( s. pic beach in front of our villa where I stay in the clear water, no stones, no greens, shallow water), from there you can walk to the adjacent beach of Mövenpick and more. The Crimpson Resort is now ready done since years, so no more construction noise !!. . At Crimson and Mövenpick are sun chairs which you can use when you consume some drinks in the bar or dine at the restaurant or pay an entrance fee. You can further walk on the beach to Shangri-La Resort...4 min. more and enjoy a 5 star resort with different luxury restaurants. But if you like the full life with all people take a tricycle and go to famous White Beach....10min. drive for 20 php with a shared tricycle. You can also use a private tricycle, you pay 200 php ( good for 8 persons). If you like more a large but more natural beach e.g. for snorkelling or with some lonely beach bars with reage music take a tricycle and go to Puka Shell Beach...10 min drive or Ilig Iligan Beach. The next City Mall for shopping it 10 min with triycycle/etrike, small local shops are all around our way to the main rd.
On the island is in some cases limited electricity. For that we have a generator which switch on immediately when the electricity from the community has a fail. For environmental reason and to save energy you have free electricity of 20 kWh per day, if you rent the entire villa ( for the apartment only: 7,5kW and for the superior room: 5 kW). Every kWh more you will be charged with 20php/kWh, so please turn off the aircon when you leave the house to save energy. As we are high up on the island in some cases the water pressure is a little bit low and it could be that the hot water shower turned to cold ( the flow switch of the heater stopped hot water ). In that case simply close the water valve and just open again..then the hot water starts again.
We have the maintenance of the main entrance, so you have to use the side entrance via stairs. The side entrance is a little, small public footpath and by that not as nice with flowers and palm trees like inside our residential area, or you use the shorter way via Argonauta Hotel. The access is also allowed for our guests: but never enter the Argonauta Hotel, go only strait down the stairs. Our guards will help you with your bags, so close your eyes using this way :-) and open again when you are inside our residential area. The way via the side entrance is not longer and has not more stairs, as also inside you have to use a lot of stairs to reach our for that you have then a magnificent view to the sea and the surrounding mountains. We hope that the main gate will be open again this year(2022), then the problem with the many stairs will be gone.
Transportation: the best way is to share a tricycle/E-bike. You can stop them everywhere they run all over the day at the main road ( 6 min walk ) pay only 20 to 50 php depending on the distance. But you can hire your private tricycle for 200 php and they pic you up from your residential area. Ask Miriam to call a tricycle for you. For airport we can arrange door to door service shuttle. Ask for more info.
Check in is 15:00, check out is 10: if there is no full house booking the same day we can arrange other times.
We have a 12 month pest control contract against every insects.
The pool is cleaned daily by our pool boy.
We have 24 hours safty guards and outside video surveillance
