Village Walk is just 12 miles from the heart of Naples. This beautifully landscaped, gated community features many amenities. Village Walk has a large clubhouse, a fitness center, hair salon, travel agency, three community swimming pools, tennis and bocce ball courts, pickle ball courts, a library, and card rooms. You can walk around outside of the neighborhood and cover the three miles in about an hour. Or walk inside over the bridges and enjoy the canals and Lake in the center of the community.
With 850 homes, Village Walk in Naples is an intimate community with many scheduled events and social clubs to help residents get to know their neighbors. Those who enjoy the water will love living in this beautiful community with its close proximity to the sunny Gulf coast beaches of nearby Naples.
Village Walk has a spacious clubhouse where residents can exercise in the fitness center, meet up for a game of cards, relax in the library, or share a meal at the community restaurant. Village Walk provides residents with three resort-style pools. Recently, food trucks have been coming to offer residents a fun culinary adventure. Each week a seafood vendor offers fresh and frozen fish and meat for residents. The outdoor amenities continue with six Har-Tru tennis courts and two bocce ball courts, and three pickle ball courts.
In addition, the Village Walk community conveniently includes its own post office, hair salon, and travel agency. Many scenic lakes and ponds are dotted throughout the community and interconnected sidewalks and pedestrian bridges wind throughout the community to join at the central clubhouse.
In our home we have a kayak, three bikes, beach chairs, exercise mats and light weights, and a fishing pole available for your use.
Village Walk is located on Vanderbilt Road, within easy access of I-70. The community is only 12 miles from the heart of Naples, a popular Florida destination that boasts sunny beaches, world class shopping, fine dining, and challenging golf courses. Those who love water recreations such as boating, fishing, swimming, or even lounging on a beautiful beach will find plenty to do along the calm waters of Naples Gulf coast. Homeowners will never have a dull moment living in Village Walk.
This manor home is one of only 19 in the neighborhood and is the best located unit on a private culdesac. It has a large private pool and a lovely built in jacuzzi under one of the largest lanais in the neighborhood.
It has a new roof (2017), two new HVAC systems, new plank tile floors, new plantation shutters, new electric hurricane shutters, new door locking systems, new king and queen beds, and a completely furnished kitchen.
There are four bedrooms, the master with a king that has a large attached bath with two toilets, a large shower, a garden tub, two separate sinks and a large linen closet. The bedroom has three walk-in closets and an attached office den area that looks out over the pool.
The second king bed is in a BR with a large closet and attaches to a full bath. Also attached to the bath is the third bedroom with a queen sized futon bed.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third full bath.
Eight can sleep easily in the four bedrooms but there is a pull out couch in the living room and a cot, so it can sleep 11 if necessary. There are four TV s, three of which access cable, one with a DVD player. There is internet included. A minimum 90 day rental is required, with 120 days being preferred.
