“Tranquil and peaceful” describes this newly decorated three bedroom, three bathroom vacation cottage located in the Laurel Grove community at Sandestin Resort. Our cottage is beautifully appointed with a lovely collection of trendy coastal style furnishings that invite our guests to relax and stay awhile. Guests may take the golf carts to the beach from this home in 10-12 minutes.
This cottage is perfectly situated directly on the lake with with golf course views. The Laurel Grove clubhouse, located within easy walking distance, features a sparkling blue swimming pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, exercise room, full kitchen and an outdoor grilling area. There are several ponds at Laurel Grove suitable for catch and release fishing. A quick golf cart ride through the Resort will take you straight to the beautiful sandy white beach. The Resort also offers tennis, golf, restaurants, shopping, walking trails, bicycle paths, and activities too numerous to list!
Your beach vacation starts at the front door…… Our sunny family room offers it all – travertine floors, a sleeper sofa, a 55" HDTV with DVD player and plenty of extra seating for guests. The Samsung LED television includes Smart TV functionality, so guests may access a wide range of shows and movies via streaming apps through the high speed WIFI provided. With 2190 square feet, our cottage is newly updated, and offers plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy preparing meals for your family in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and GE Profile stainless steel appliances. There is also an outdoor grill for the BBQ expert in the group! Spend a little time taking in a peaceful view of the golf course and lake from the back porch.
The spacious master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, and offers a king bed, an HDTV and access to the wraparound porch. Just a few steps away is the master bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Also located on the main floor is the second bedroom with a king bed, HDTV and a guest bathroom with walk in shower.
The upstairs loft features a queen, a twin daybed, and an extra pull out twin trundle bed. The upstairs loft will comfortably sleep four guests. Conveniently located upstairs is the third guest bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination.
