Built in 1946 and renovated in 2014, Zefi is a traditional split level accommodation of 160 m2 offering a wealth of superb facilities. Located in an alley (no cars or other vehicles pass by), in the traditional village of Eleftherna in northern Rethymno Prefecture, can offer to the guest the benefit of relaxation in a rural area as well as the pleasure of a special but not exaggerated luxurity, tranquillity without loneliness, discretion but also hospital attitude, comfort and elegance, imparting with decency the cretan history and tradition.
As you go into Villa Zefi, the pool (16 sqm) is located on your right (accessible by restricted mobility people) offering the opportunity to cool yourselves, sunbathe or just relax. Next to the pool someone can also enjoy his meal as there is a shaded dining area with BBQ.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. This delightful, well maintained and decorated split level house of 160 m2 offers 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms.
By entering the building you will come across the living room with a traditional fireplace (constructed in 1946) offering view to the pool and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and all the necessary home appliances such as microwave, oven , cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit. More over at the same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom specially formed for restricted mobility people. There's an LCD HD TV set with satellite , DVD player ,music system and air conditioning in the entire house (use of a/c is included in the price). With Catechin and Anti-Allergy Enzyme filter technology, air is effectively deodorised and there is significant reduction in allergen and bacteria levels.The Anti-Allergy filter traps and breaks down dust mites, pollen and other airborne allergens ensuring cleaner, healthier air. With inverter technology, our compact floor console series ensures perfect room temperatures are achieved with both upper and lower vanes distributing air and eliminating draughts while heating or cooling.
From the kitchen, a wooden stair brings you into the entryway where there is a little living room and a fully equipped office with a personal computer, a printer/fax. Next to this you will see the fabulous shaded terrace with outdoor furniture, viewed to Psiloritis mountain. Also, upstairs are another 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom and two single bed bedroom each one with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped by LCD HD TVs and brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request (free of charge).
The house next to the villa (on the right) is owned by the same family and noone lives in the most of the year! So you can enjoy full privacy!
