Despite the peaceful setting, we're conveniently located close to highway access, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and get back into town when you need to. We want to ensure that your stay with us is both enjoyable and stress-free, so we'd like to provide you with some information about getting around our neighborhood and parking. Once you get off the highway, you'll take two dirt roads that will lead you directly to our property. Please note that during the winter months, it is mandatory to have a 4x4 vehicle to ensure that you can navigate the roads safely and avoid getting stuck in the snow.
Once you arrive at our property, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-maintained roundabout driveway that's perfect for multiple vehicles. You won't have to worry about finding a parking spot or struggling to maneuver your car in a tight space. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
While the drive to our property may require a bit of extra care during the winter months, we believe that the seclusion and peacefulness of our location is well worth the effort. You'll be able to enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings without the noise and chaos of the city.

Before your booking begins, you'll need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You'll also have the option to choose between paying a refundable security deposit or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend choosing the damage waiver as it provides protection in case of accidental damage during your stay.
Please note that after your reservation is confirmed, you'll be asked to validate certain information about yourself and select one of the following two options:
1. Damage Waiver/Application fee (non refundable) = $20 AMT in superhog.
OR
2. Security Deposit (refundable) = $150 AMT could take 5-10 business days max
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- NO smoking on the premises. Violation fee: $750.
- Parking at the property is limited to a maximum of four vehicles.
- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.

- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.
- Once you check out, please make sure to set the AC temperature to 80 degrees. If your stay is from December to February, turn off the A/C.
- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
