The Skyline Ranch Retreat sits on multiple acres with a N facing view over land conservation with a sweeping view towards the Tetons. This estate has a main house with 6BR's, multiple kitchens/wetbar, multiple indoor/outdoor living areas, and enough space for everyone to spread. The main floor hosts the oversized kitchen and breakfast nook; the kitchen is well stocked for in-house cooking & entertaining...and can seat 18 people for a meal. The main dining area is surrounded by both N and W facing floor to ceiling windows as well as the main wood burning fireplace. The oversized dining area spills over into the main living room where you can enjoy views of the gorgeous landscape surrounding the house as well as the ranch land that skirts the property. An ensuite master plus office area can be bound just off the main living space down a small hallway. The master suite is a 2 story getaway all on its own. There is a fireplace, office area in the loft, and an oversized bath with jet tub and shower...walk in closet and all of the space 2 people would need. The first guest bedroom is the smaller of the 2 on the top floor with a full ensuite bath and queen bed. Across the hall is guest bedroom 3, which is more oversized with a king bed, sitting area, and large en suite bathroom. The first basement area provides privacy for guests, an aupair, or the grandparents with its own living room and full kitchen/dining area stocked for self sufficiency. There are 2 guest bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this area...a king and a queen. There is wonderful W facing views and access to the outdoor patio and lawn. The second basement area has one large room with a queen bed and living room set up, full bathroom, and wet bar...a great spot for the teenagers who want to be left alone to sleep in while on vacation. THere is also a guest house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that can be rented with the main house if desired. This property has ample garage and off street parking, a pond and small beach, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, a fire pit and views to write home about.
