The Harbour Escape was recently renovated and has new appliances.
Nestled in the Harbour this tastefully furnished home boasts spectacular all season Ocean front views from the living room,dining room,office & master bedroom.The extra large deck overlooks the harbour which opens up to the community dock across the street.Close to hiking , biking & ATV trails.PerchanceTheatre and the Shipwrecks are 3 min walking distance. 30 min from Bay Roberts & 40 from St. Johns.
The Harbour Escape has partnerships that provide car rentals at great discount prices at Major rental companies. Once booked please message your host for details. Keep in mind advance bookings of 60 to 90 days and more would garner better discounts especially during peak season which runs from late May until September.
Living Room
There is a 75-inch smart television located in the Living room which has FREE NETFLIX for our guests and is also capable of all of the other popular streaming platforms such as, Prime, Disney and Apple TV to name a few. There is also cable TV which is Eastlink which you can access using the provided Eastlink Remote. Either of the Remotes will power up or down the system.
There is an electric/electronic fireplace.
There are two luxurious leather electronic reclining couches. They both have usb charging ports on each end.
Office
There is a workstation located between the dining room and Living Room facing the front window with two computer monitors which you can connect to your laptop to catch up on any work or simply browse the internet. There is also a cooling pad for your laptop that you are welcome to use. There is a surge arrest power bar connected to the outlet beside the desk where you can plug in. It also has 2 USB charge ports.
Kitchen
The kitchen boasts an induction cooktop with an over the cooktop microwave as well as a wall mounted oven.
The refrigerator has a water dispenser located on the front which provides crystal clear cold filtered drinking water. The automatic ice dispenser has a tray located in the upper drawer once you open the bottom portion of the refrigerator which is a freezer.
Also provided is a dishwasher with simple touch operation. Dishwasher cleaning pods are located under the sink.
There is a Keurig machine on the counter with complimentary coffee.
You will also find an electric kettle, blender, toaster and a rice cooker all provided for your use.
Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are all provided for your use.
Some Cooking oil and some basic spices are also provided.
Dining Room
Tastefully Furnished with a large Dining table and seating for eight. You can enjoy your freshly prepared meal while enjoying the Harbour view from the Dining room.
There is a Wine / beverage cooler in the Dining room where you can store your favorite drinks.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King Size bed that has clothes storage drawers that are located in the foot board area of the bed.
There are two end tables as well as a closet.

This bedroom also has a beautiful ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom
You will find a comfortable Queen Size bed in this room with end tables and an area to hang clothes in the open concept closet.

Third Bedroom
This bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Double bed and two end tables.

Bathrooms
The home has 2 full bathrooms both located on the main floor.
Bathroom 1 is located off the hallway.Towels and wash clothes are located on the shelves. There is a hairdryer provided.
Bathroom 2 is an ensuite of the Master bedroom. This bathroom boasts an over sized shower complete with two shower heads, front and back, providing a very relaxing shower experience. Towels and wash cloths are located on the shelves.
The Laundry Room
Located downstairs you will find a modern super-size washer and dryer with clothes folding table and a laundry tub. There is also an Iron and Ironing board there as well.
THE FRONT PATIO
The patio offers a spectacular view of Conception Harbour being nestled right across the street from the community Dock. This Patio stretches the full width of the home and is seasonally furnished with seating for 6 combined with the availability of a Weber Portable BBQ.
There is also a propane heater on the deck.
Security & HVAC
The front door is equipped with a digital lock that requires inputting a 4-digit code which will be provided. Upon touching the keypad it will illuminate showing 2 characters, simply press those first and enter your provided code and the door will unlock.
The security panel is located at the beginning of the hallway beside the tall mirror which you can disarm or arm. To disarm upon entry once the front door has been unlocked simply touch the panel and enter the provided security code. To arm upon leaving, simply touch the ARM AWAY icon.
There is one security camera facing the back yard which covers the rear entrance as well as the driveway into the rear of the property. There are no inside cameras.
The home has central heating and AC all controlled from the panel beside the front entrance. Simply select the Heat or AC mode and then adjust to your desired temp.
