Guest access
Entire space; guests will have access to the whole house and backyard. It is completely private.
Please make yourself at home!
ARRIVING:
You have the freedom of self check-in.
You can come and go as you please using your own access code.
The door and security alarm code will be the last four digits of the phone number used during the booking. Use this same code to arm or disarm security alarm. You will receive the address once you confirm your booking.
CHECK IN:
Check In time is after 3:00PM. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaners and maintenance has been through the home, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit.
CHECK OUT:
Check out is at 10:00 AM, please be conscious of this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest.
PARKING:
You will have free parking (3 Cars) at the entrance located on the backside of the house (asphalt driveway).

NO SMOKING: Inside the house or anywhere on the property. If you would like to smoke, please do so outside of the front gate of the property.
NO PARTIES: We don't allow parties under any circumstances. This is a residential neighborhood. We will terminate your reservation and ask you to vacate the property or call the police if you break this rule.

Enjoy multiple streaming services on our 75in Smart TV while laying on the couch (also a sofa bed). You can bring out the board games, cards, or puzzles (stored in the media stand under the TV) for a family game night.

Simply press the corresponding button on the remote for unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows. You will need to login into your account. Please follow the instructions on the TV to login.

There is a 4-6 person dining table right across the kitchen setup to enjoy dinner and drinks.

We have a fully equipped kitchen ready to serve up a wonderful family meal or even heat up some leftovers from your days/ nights out. There are paper towels, coffee and Tea station (loaded with Starbucks coffee, decaffeinated, multiple tea bags, and creamers).

Want your clothes washed before you head back home? You have access to a washer and dryer inside the property with a few laundry detergent and other laundry supplies available for your usage.
