This splendid home has a breathtaking view of the St John river and Lonesome Pine trail ski center and is located in NB between Quebec and Maine USA. This one acre land on the river features breathtaking nature views full of fruit trees, flowers, a waterfall, outdoor in ground pool, green house, gardens and relaxing gazebo to chill out for your morning coffee and meditation.
It offers a beautiful combination of elegance, comfort, privacy and functionality. Outfitted with a blue tooth sound system, wi-fi and an exquisite unique cinema room.
Our recently renovated house consists of three level floor and a private backyard including a large deck, a BBQ with up to date outdoor furniture.
The main floor has a living room with a fireplace, hardwood floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a 6 seats table setting surrounded by all around windows in a private dining room with a deck and garden view.
It has a one spacious comfortable King size bedroom and one full bathroom with its own walking closet. The living room has a modern high-end spacious leather couch with a cocktail sitting area equipped with comfortable velvet chairs to encourage your family and friend quality conversation time.
The downstairs has a unique fully equipped cinema with a large couch that can sleep up to two. It is equipped with a 85 inch tv and a game card table.
It has one bedroom with bunk beds for two with a double and simple mattress. A new infrared sauna is included for your comfort and relaxing need. Laundry room with washer & dryer included.
The third floor has a full queen bedroom with comfortable mattress walk in closet and a full bathroom. That floor also features the most beautiful room in the house with exquisite views overlooking the river, ski hills, clear skies (for the most part) the pool and balcony.
