Hello and Thank you for looking into our place. This is a three-bedroom cottage located on the Broeckhuys holiday park. Ideal for families with children, couples and friends. You are pretty close to the lake.

Bed linens and towels can be rented at the park reception desk (open till 5 PM). Or please bring your own if you are on a tight budget.
Holiday park 't Broeckhuys has an entertainment team all year round. Contact the holiday park to see which activities are planned during your stay.
The holiday park also has a sandwich service and restaurant. As a tip, we give you a walk around the large lake just next to the holiday park and have something to drink or eat in Paviljoen het Buitenhuis.
For the baby bed, please bring your own bed sheets/linens. Adult linen, towels, and bed linen are NOT included in the price. Wood is not provided.
The house is not new. To manage expectations, I just need to tell you :)
Please note: the bathroom/kitchen is not recently renovated; it has some traces of use. It all works very well, but I just need to manage expectations, and we are happy to share our house with you! I am a new (experienced) host for this listing; check my profile.
Unregistered guests are not allowed; register all guests via check-in form after booking confirmation. Not suitable for colleague groups.
Long stay for worker groups not allowed.

Broeckhuys holiday park is in the beauty of nature and provides an entertainment team all year round including a children's farm, bowling lane, indoor + outdoor playground, restaurant and terrace with lake views , miniature golf, tennis court and recreational lake. All you need to enjoy during your holidays. You can contact the park directly to see what is on during your stay.
In only a 15 minute car ride, you have the city Nijmegen. Here you can find a lot of nice restaurants, an active night life and cute boutiques.
You have access to the total house, including the big garden with a lovely view. In the garden, there is a shed; you don't have access to this.
In total, there are three bedrooms: one bedroom with a king-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed.
If you like to cook, a fully equipped open kitchen is stocked with appliances, pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, kettle, combi microwave, and more. Coffee and tea are already waiting for you for the first day. If you don't like to cook, you can find a restaurant only 5 minutes away.
Snuggle up in the cozy living room for movie night on the flatscreen with Netflix, or unplug and catch up on some reading, listen to some music, and play a board game.
A big dining table is located next to the open kitchen with all you need to have unforgettable moments.
A laundry room is available in the house with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Complete bathroom with shower. Amenities are included.
In the backyard, you can sit, relax, and enjoy a meal at the outdoor table. At the end of the garden, there are also some benches where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful landscape. In the garden is also a playground for the kids with a slide.
There are two spots to park cars in the front of the house; this is free.
There is good working Wi-Fi available, so you can sit down to work if necessary.
You can park up to two cars at the front of the cottage. There is also a large free parking lot at the entrance of the park.
