Welcome to our beautiful centrally located home in the heart of Etiler. Close to Akmerkez Mall. Situated on the top floor with an elevator! Enjoy an outdoor balcony. A modern bright home with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. An open fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining/living room area! Newly renovated to host four lucky guests during their Istanbul stay! The perfect home away from home. Comes with A/C, Wifi and Netflix.
I'd appreciate if guests could keep the apartment clean.
Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $50 USD penalty charge.

- Your apartment is located in the 6th floor. There is an elevator in the building.

I love the fact that our home is located in the heart of the city. Situated in such a magnificent quiet residential street. A peaceful pad in an energetic neighborhood. Close to fantastic restaurants, cafes and shopping malls. The beautiful Bosphorus is a 2 minute drive away and is truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is as modern Istanbul as you can find. It is safe, secure, clean and convenient for all guests.
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances.
There is bus transportation and a cab stand just moments away from our home. The metro is in near proximity which gets you all around Istanbul in express time! Location wise, it's great for all types of attractions. There is free on street parking found on the street. From the airport, there are yellow cabs, shuttles and buses that get you into the city. I would gladly help coordinate transportation if necessary.
