Top Floor: The command center of our basecamp awaits! The fully equipped kitchen is primed for all your culinary missions, from quick space snacks to grand feasts. The expansive living room and dining area are perfect for galactic family gatherings or debriefing after a day of interstellar adventures. The master bedroom provides a private escape, complete with its own bathroom for added comfort. Young Padawans will love Bedroom #2, featuring twin bunk beds and a queen bed, while Bedroom #3 offers a snug queen bed. An extra bathroom ensures convenience for the entire crew.
Downstairs: The rebel base is fully equipped for fun! The family room, with its arcade games and board game library, promises hours of epic battles and friendly rivalry. A handy kitchenette is ready for quick snacks and refueling, with a full suite of appliances and a trusty coffee pot. Bedroom #4, with its full and twin bunk bed, includes an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #5 also has a full and twin bunk bed, and Bedroom #6 features a cozy queen bed. Note that the only bathroom on this floor is in Bedroom #4.

We've got you covered with a plethora of alternative options to satisfy your aquatic cravings. Dive into the adventure with our rentable kayaks, and life jackets, allowing you to explore nearby gems such as 11 Mile Reservoir, Manitou Lake, Catamount Reservoir, and Rampart Reservoir. - (2) Pets Allowed (under 50# each) w/prior approval from management and a $75/pet fee paid.
- Fishing/Kayaking/Boating/Swimming on the lake are prohibited per HOA rules. Only homeowners are allowed per HOA restrictions.
- Hosting Events & Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please respect wildlife—property is in bear country.
- Amenities may be unavailable during maintenance periods including hot tub.
- During winter months please consider 4 wheel drive as we cannot predict road conditions.
- Home is not 420 friendly/No drugs of any kind on premises (includes all indoor & outdoor spaces).
- Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, maintaining a distance
of at least 10 feet from any doors.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Property does have Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms
- Cameras on property are for security purposes & not surveillance.
- Please note that this home is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the kitchen and bedrooms involves navigating 2-3 sets of stairs.
