Nous vous offrons un chalet pour ceux cherchant un emplacement paisible et sans voisins à proximité. Si vous êtes un vacancier ou un télétravailleur et amateur de randonnées pédestres, de sports aquatiques ou de vélo , notre chalet pourrait très bien répondre à vos besoins. C’est un emplacement en pleine nature, entouré d’arbres, de fleurs et un potager dont vous pourrez profiter. Il y a un accès au Lac des Iles, situé à deux pas du chalet administré par la Municipalité de Blue Sea.
Un chalet idéal pour une ou deux personnes. L’emplacement est boisé, sans voisins à proximité et une vue panoramique du Lac des Iles situé dans la Municipalité de Blue Sea. Une chambre à couché avec rangement et beaucoup de fenêtres, une salle de bain avec grand bain et une cuisine complètement équipée pour cuisiner. Le salon est confortable et avec des fenêtres sur tous les murs extérieurs laissant entrer une bonne prise rafraîchissante. Si vous faites du télétravail nous pourrons vous accommoder en convertissant une cabine de 12x12 en bureau avec bon accès à internet.
Règlements à suivre si vous avez un chien
Bonjour, le but d’avoir ces règlements est pour assurer que la propriété et la maison soient propres et sanitaires et aussi permettre aux propriétaires de chien de louer notre chalet.
1. En tout temps Vous devez ramasser les pups de votre chien en utilisant les sacs conçu pour la tâche (que vous aurez emmené) et les disposer dans les vidanges
2. Avant de quitter les lieux, vous devez nettoyer la maison de façon à se qu’elle soit dans la même condition de propreté que lors de votre arrivée.
3. Vous devez apporté une preuve de vaccination pour la rage et les verres
4. Nous assumons aucune responsabilité pour votre chien.

We are offering a cottage located in a peaceful setting and no neighbors nearby. If you are a vacationer or remote worker and a fan of hicking , water sports or cycling enthousiaste our cottage may very well meet your needs. It is a location surrounded by trees, flowers and a vegetable plot for your enjoyment. There is access to Lac des Iles, a stone throw away from the cottage, managed by the Municipality of Blue Sea.
Ideal for one or two people. The cottage is located in a wooded area with a panoramic view of Lac des Iles. One bedroom with plenty of storage and lots of window, a bathroom with a large tub and a fully equiped kitchen. The living-room is confortable with lots of windows on all exterior walls. Washer and dryer on site. If you work remotely we can accommodate you by converting a 12x12 cabin with good access to internet and lots of windows.
Rules to follow if you have a dog
Hi, the reason for these rules is to ensure that the property and cottage are clean and sanitized and also to allow people with dogs to rent the cottage.
1. You are responsable, at all times, to pickup your dog’s poop using the dog poop bags and disposing it in the garbage.
2. On the departure day you will be required to clean the house making sure it is in the same cleanliness as when you arrived.
3. You will be required to bring proof of vaccination for rabbies and worms
4. We are in no way what so ever responsible for your dog.
