This rural waterfront property offers great and breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset. The fresh breeze of Lake Albert and the secluded environment make you feel relaxed.
26 Feet RV makes you feel like at home away from home. RV has all the necessary amenities like an Equipped Kitchen, Ensuite, Smart TV, Washing Machine, and outdoor Shower. Staying in this RV gives you an opportunity to do kayaking, fishing, bicycling and experience a working farming stay in the rural property.

Pets Policy
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Please contact the land host if you plan to bring your pet
- Due to limited space inside the tiny house, only small dogs above 2 years old are allowed
- Pets are allowed inside the RV house, however, they must be kept on a leash at all times as unfenced livestock is present on the property.
Other things to note
- Limited WiFi and limited mobile reception
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We recommend you bring appropriate shoes during the rainy season
- Dont forget to close windows, and lock doors when leaving the caravan
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Expect unfenced livestock or farm animals freely roaming around the property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g especially chargers)
- No smoking inside, except in specific places such as the covered carport and gravel driveway
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Official fire ban starts November 2022 until further notice. During this period, any kind of fire activities will be unavailable for use.
- Being in the Coorong area, please expect sudden storms. The storms can bring dust along too.
- Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire danger season
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- Guests can collect firewood from pastures, bring their own, or buy it from local service stations
- Do not enter the caretaker's area for privacy
- Please advise that there will be other guests on the property— Yarli is 25 m away from the caretaker's cottage. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.
