This bedroom is designed to suit your needs with four single beds that can be transformed into two sumptuous kings, making it ideal for families, kids, or two couples. From this room, wake up to serene ocean views, perfect for unwinding. A reverse-cycle split system in the little lounge flows into the bedroom for added comfort, and a convenient laundry is also situated nearby.
Venture upstairs to discover a light-filled room with spectacular ocean views. The open-plan heart of the home has a new kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare memorable meals. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, perfect for gathering with family and friends, while a cozy nook off the kitchen provides additional seating for 4, an ideal spot for breakfast or a space for kids to enjoy their meals separately.
The upstairs also boasts three luxurious queen bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans, along with a designer bathroom, ensuring every guest enjoys a peaceful night’s sleep in elegant surroundings. The living area on this level is enhanced with a split air conditioner, and with the ocean breezes you will be comfortable year round.
The home offers a fully fenced, grassed yard, that features a fantastic BBQ area and an outdoor dining table under a covered space, making it the perfect spot for al fresco meals and entertaining in style.
Situated amidst National Parklands, Boat Harbour offers a protected sandy beach, perfect for children. Enjoy a family picnic at the nearby council park, complete with a BBQ, or catch a wave at Kingsley Beach. Fishing enthusiasts will relish casting out from the rocky waterfront. Watch migrating whales from the comfort of the balcony, stroll to nearby whale-watching lookouts, or simply sit back and enjoy the spectacular coastal views.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
