Comprising a full duplex property, this vacation rental boasts waterfront views of the Fishing Creek branch of the Ortega River and a private outdoor paradise complete with a sparkling in-ground pool, a pool house with a game room, and an attached pool deck with Adirondack seating, plus there is a gazebo with alfresco dining and a grill.
The home is divided into separate living spaces, each featuring a two-bedroom layout equipped for standalone comfort. Both interiors come fully updated throughout, with matching furniture and decor. Each space is equipped with home essentials, including a stainless steel full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Both living rooms are equipped with a smart TV, offering casual downtime entertainment in between group outings. One duplex offers extra sleeping space with an air-conditioned bonus room that features a sleeper sofa.
